Hi, I’m Jessica Tucker — or, when I’m feeling romantic, Hensley Hope. I chose Hensley because it sounded dreamy and memorable (Jessica Tucker didn’t exactly scream “romance novelist”), and Hope…well, that’s my middle name — so it’s still me.

“To thine own self be true” has been my guiding principle in life. Growing up, I learned that not everyone shows up as you hope, and sometimes the people you rely on most just… don’t. Yet, that taught me something valuable: I am responsible for my own happiness, growth, and joy. I’ve finally learned to embrace who I am, live authentically, and find humor in life — even when it throws curveballs.

I’m a nurse, a writer, a multiple digital download enthusiast, and someone who firmly believes that coffee and dreams are essential tools for life. I love creating things that make life easier, more beautiful, and a bit more fun — whether that’s a romance novel that makes you sigh, coloring pages, journals, or a planner that truly keeps you organized, or a small wellness tip that doesn’t make you roll your eyes.

Life has given me losses, surprises, and a few disappointments, but it has also blessed me with resilience, sass, and independence. My surrogate parents were my lifeline, my sisters by choice have been my rock — cheering me on, laughing with me, and sometimes rolling their eyes at my ambitious ideas (but always supporting).

This space is my corner of the internet for fun, positivity, and being unapologetically myself. Here, I share stories, small laughs, a bit of sass, and whatever inspiration strikes — because life is too short to be anything but true to yourself.

All in due time, I will get around to telling the story about the name of my page. So, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a comfy chair, and hang out for a while. Come as you are, pajamas are recommended.
